Books Don't Work Here

I experimented with a lot of things while drawing Robin this time around. Some turned out better then others. I do like the blue shine for her new leather coat (though I could use more practice with the very light shading areas). I’ll have a better idea of what worked after I let the page sit for a while, and can look at it through fresh eyes. Which is fine since I should sleep now anyways, working a double shift later today and all. Ironically it shouldn’t hamper my work on the comic much since I am so use to sleeping in shifts that when I have been trying to sleep for 8 hours just once a day this past week I have failed miserably. I get tired after being up for 8 hours yet still try to stay in bed as many hours as I can since my body expects to be woken up every few hours (for good reason). I guess it will just take time to transition out of this horrible sleep cycle, and I probably won’t get that till next month when I’m at the cabin again.
